Shipping and Handling now covers insurance. If your item is damaged; please email us immediately with a picture, and bring the item back to your post office. In turn, our post office will contact them and a new item will be shipped to you.
bottlesbydesign@live.com is available Monday thru Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM. Any inquiries emailed after 3PM (central time) will be obtained on the next business day.
We accept PayPal, please read their terms of service at paypal.com.
We will not collect any personal information such as name, address, email, telephone number, credit account number, unless you voluntarily provide it to us for sale purposes and contests only.
Prices are as listed or emailed. Pricing is not negotiable.
All bottles and glass are dipped in Polyurethane to protect the artwork; under normal handling conditions.
Many wine bottles come in different shapes and sizes. We will try our best to follow the pictures; but substitutions may happen.
All artwork from bottlesbydesign.net is property of the owner, and under no circumstances should any artwork be copied or used for personal or business use. All artwork is original and the imagination of the artist.
Our email address, bottlesbydesign@live.com is for the purpose of orders and inquiries only. Absolutely no spam is allowed and will be immediately reported then deleted.
All professional pictures are property of Christina Husk Photography. Under no circumstances should any picture on this website or christinahuskphotography.com be copied or used for personal or business use. Any inquiries about photos or christinahuskphotography.com must be sent to christinahuskphotos@hotmail.com.
All items will be shipped USPS. Damaged items cannot be returned. A claim must be submitted by the buyer to USPS. Bottlesbydesign.net is not responsible for damages which occur during shipment.
There are no returns or refunds on any product. Exchanges might be possible depending on reasoning that MUST be emailed/put in writing to Bottles By Design. Shipping/exchanging is paid by the buyer.
